How ordering works
- 1.Request a quote. Tell us the grade, volume, collection region and whether you will collect or need delivery. We reply within one business day.
- 2.Accept your quote. Pricing is set per order. We do not publish price lists.
- 3.Collect or receive. Collect from an approved terminal (COC), or have it delivered to your site (COD) if you are a prequalified customer.
- 4.Get your paperwork. Every load comes with compliance documentation.

18,000 litres per product. Larger volumes are quoted per load.

South Africa is our primary market. We also supply across borders into Botswana, Zambia, Namibia (via the Walvis Bay terminal) and the DR Congo.

Can you deliver diesel to our site?
Yes. Delivery (COD) is available to registered customers who have completed onboarding and a site audit. Fuelogix may decline COD deliveries. Any customer can collect (COC).
Do you publish your diesel prices?
No. Fuelogix quotes per order, based on grade, volume and where you collect or take delivery.
Is VAT charged on diesel?
Diesel is zero-rated for VAT in South Africa.

South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and the DR Congo.

How do I know a Fuelogix quote is genuine?
